Step 1 - Ukraine visa application form

Attention: Ukraine visas are no longer required for US and EU citizens staying for less than 90 days in Ukraine.

Make sure your passport is valid for the whole trip and there is at least one blank page in Visas section. You have two options to provide us with the information required to obtain a visa to Ukraine: (1) download, print and fill out application form (leave blank answers you are not certain about); or (2) let us know in a free format your travel dates and duration of stay in Ukraine.

Step 2 - One easy payment

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders. To pay with a credit card online click on appropriate price tag in our fee schedule and complete check-out. To submit offline credit card payment download our authorization form. Otherwise, make your cashier’s check or money order payable to OLNA, INC. and enclose it with your passport submission.

Step 3 - Sending and retrieving your passport

Send your Ukraine visa application form, original passport and one photo to:

For return delivery you can either enclose pre-paid self-addressed mailer or use FedEx account number. We highly recommend to use carriers with tracking capability to send and/or retrieve your passport (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.)
